SITE TERMS & CONDITIONS:
TERMS & CONDITIONS & ADVANCE INFORMATION FOR WEST HOLME GLAMPING 2021
We are looking forward to welcoming you to West Holme Glamping soon for our second season.
We should be grateful if you could read these notes carefully and make sure that everyone for whom you have booked is aware of our site requirements for this year.
We hope that you will have a happy, memorable stay and that you will want to come back to visit us again..
DIRECTIONS TO West Holme Glamping
Post code : BH206AQ
Follow signs for East Lulworth/Lulworth Cam ( B3070)
Keeping Holme Nurseries on your left, take the next right hand turning down Bindon Lane.
After one minute you will see West Holme Glamping on the right opposite the concrete MOD pad.
The entrance is through a deer gate and past the stables.
This season we have moved our site to a different part of the farm, and in our opinion more stunning views.
ON ARRIVAL
Drive into the field Park your vehicle and then please call 01929 551254. We shall then come and show you to your pitch.
GENERAL SAFETY MEASURES FOR COVID 19 :
Please adhere to the following :
1 Keep social distance which currently remains at TWO METRES in UK.
2 Regularly wash hands with soap for 20 seconds.
3 Regularly use sanitiser. Please be careful with using alcohol hand sanitisers near naked flames .
4 Use disposable gloves.
5 If in doubt, wear a face mask/covering.
6 Avoid groups.
NB : If you develop COVID 19 symptoms, please inform us immediately by calling texting or e-mailing (do not come to the house) and follow the government guidelines for self-isolation. If someone on site was to fall ill, we reserve the right to disclose a list of everyone on site to the relevant authorities.
We shall regularly disinfect the shower, water taps, the waste disposal/chemical waste point and rubbish bins.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES
In order to avoid an overlap of people arriving and people leaving :
Please arrive between 2pm and 6 pm If you are delayed, please let us know before 8 pm.
Please vacate your pitch by 10 am on the day of departure.
DAY VISITORS TO SITE
NO day visitors allowed on site this year as we believe that is important to keep the number of people on site down.
DOGS
Dogs are not allowed on site.
TOILET/SHOWER/WASHING UP FACILITIES
We provide individual shower and toilet facilities for each tent, these have been built with Covid safety in mind. Each tent has a water tap and washing up bowl.
ELECTRIC
Please note: this site is solar and battery powered only.
HAND SANITISER/DISPOSABLE GLOVES
Please use hand sanitiser regularly. You will find hand santiser at busy stations around the site. Please also bring your own hand saintiser, and wash hand regulary. DO NOT USE alcohol hand sanitiser near naked
WET WIPES
Wet wipes to be disposed of in the mixed waste bin and NOT down the toilet as this would completely block the system.
DRINKING WATER
Drinking water in Dorset is pretty tasty & of course safe to drink.
RUBBISH
Bins will be available. Everything is free to recycle at our Farm, if you do not want to recycle – general rubbish waste will be charged at £5 per bag.
Please sanitise hands before and after touching the handles or wear disposable gloves.

A list of emergency numbers (doctor/vet etc) will be displayed.
The nearest A&E hospital Dorset County Hospital in Dorchester.

If your vehicle gets stuck, please contact us.
CHARGING LEISURE BATTERIES
We shall not be able to offer this service this year.
CHARGING OF MOBILE PHONES/IPADs
We shall not be able to offer this
EXTENDING YOUR STAY
We shall not be able to offer a refund should you decide to leave early.
If you wish to stay for a longer period than you have booked for, please contact us by phone and we shall try to accommodate you.
